When you rent/purchase a product from The New Release / MovieCube DVD kiosk you acknowledge the following:

    1. You are 18 years of age or older

    2. The credit or check card you are using is legally issued to you

    3. You agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

You are responsible for and guarantee payment to The New Release / MovieCube  for all charges related to the rental or purchase of DVD products.  If you rent product, your credit or check card will be authorized for the initial night’s rental fee + tax per DVD.  Upon returning product, you will be charged the rental fee amount for the total number of days for the each rental.  If you do not return the product in 14 days, The New Release / MovieCube will automatically convert the rental to a purchase. After the 14 days, you will be charged the daily rental fee for each day plus $21.00 per title + tax. If a product is not returned by 7:00PM on the due date, the rental period is extended for an additional period as specified at the initial time of rental.

You authorize The New Release / MovieCube to retain the credit or debit card information provided and submit credit or debit card charge slips and/or electronic payments using any credit card or check card information provided in collection of amounts owing, including amounts owing for failure to return product or damage to rental product. The New Release / MovieCube is in no way responsible for overdraft charges due to customer authorizations, rental periods, product purchases or any other circumstances.

You agree to hold The New Release / MovieCube its kiosk host locations and its employees harmless from any damage or loss to any person or property arising out of the use of any product purchased or rented. 

When renting from The New Release / MovieCube DVD kiosk during holiday times, you must make note of the store hours for accessibility to the machine.

The New Release / MovieCube may change these Terms and Conditions at any time and any new terms and conditions shall be effective upon the first product rented or purchased after any such change.  Please call MovieCube Customer Service with any questions at: (800) 518-1574.
